In-house Development of Simulation Tools & Advanced Device Simulations

Welcome to CNL!

We do "Science by Computation"

We employ a quantum mechanical approach to investigate physics phenomena such as electron, phonon, and spin transport. Our research involves conducting millions-atom simulations, enabling us to explore complex systems at the atomic level. We specialize in device modeling and simulations, focusing on nanoscale transistors and developing novel devices with unique functions. Leveraging high-performance computing, we employ massive parallel computing techniques and machine learning algorithms to accelerate our computations and gain valuable insights for scientific advancements.
